Job summary

Critical Path Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler with extensive construction scheduling expertise to lead a Skyline Rapid Rail System project. The role focuses on creating and maintaining schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, with emphasis on cost analysis and timely reporting.

You will monitor progress, coordinate with clients and teams, and adapt to changes across multiple projects while upholding quality standards and strong collaborative communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience on projects > $20M.
• 15+ years of commensurate experience.
• Experience with rapid rail or transportation projects highly desired.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and client interaction skills.
• Excellent MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct cost analysis to support project financial oversight.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates and reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Delegate tasks based on team members’ skills and experience.
• Adapt to schedule changes and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout all phases of project scheduling.
