Job summary

Cornerstone Concilium is looking for a scheduling expert in Washington, DC, to oversee contractor submittals and monitor critical path activities. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, particularly in rail transit projects, and must be an expert with Primavera P6. Responsibilities include monthly project schedule updates, variance analysis, and reporting to senior management. This is an on-site position with multiple locations in Washington, DC, and Baltimore, MD.

Job description

Provides detailed oversight and reporting for contractor schedule submittals. Monitors critical path activities of the contract, logic structures, and interfaces. Updates project schedule monthly, provides variance analysis, recovery suggestions, forecasting, assesses logic structures and interfaces. Reports in a matrix organization to the Program Scheduling Manager and to the Project Commercial Manager, highlighting any schedule slippage and other issues, and working with them to determine any mitigation actions

Preferred Qualification

Must be expert with Primavera P6, proficient in schedule analysis, construction scheduling experience a must, forensic schedule and claims analysis a benefit

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Rail Transit Project Experience required
• 15 Minimum Years of Experience required
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
