Job summary

Consertus in Pomona, California, is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support the Metrolink program. You will develop, maintain, and analyze detailed Primavera P6 CPM schedules, monitor baselines, perform TIAs, and provide clear schedule reporting to project leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of scheduling experience in rail or heavy civil infrastructure, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and schedule analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional project scheduling experience in rail, transit, or heavy civil projects.
• Experience with public transportation programs and multi-phase capital works.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for CPM scheduling, baselining, and updates.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed logic-driven schedules for rail/transit projects.
• Perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and schedule risk assessments.
• Review contractor-submitted schedules for integrity and compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and executive schedule summaries.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate, updated baselines.
