Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience on projects > $20M.
• 15+ years of commensurate experience.
• Experience with rapid rail or transportation projects highly desired.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and client interaction skills.
• Excellent MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and delegate tasks.

The Senior Scheduler plays a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while exceeding client expectations. Success in this position involves applying technical knowledge to monitor progress, analyze costs, develop and maintain schedules, and provide actionable reports to support project planning and execution within a collaborative team environment.
