Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Data Quality Analyst – French Language Specialist to support data quality, content evaluation, and AI initiatives. This 3-month contract offers a hybrid schedule with on-site days in Redmond, WA, and some remote options.

You will author guidelines for French-language data, conduct research with French-speaking participants, perform QA audits, and produce weekly reports to track trends and issues in language data.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel), including formula writing.

Responsibilities

• Author and refine guidelines for French-language data collection and quality assurance audits.
• Conduct internal research studies involving French-speaking participants, including sourcing, guiding through procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
• Perform weekly quality assurance audits of French-language data collected by internal and external teams.
• Compose weekly reports highlighting trends and issues specific to French-language data.
• Provide ongoing feedback to collection teams to ensure high-quality French data and monitor program performance to identify best practices for data quality improvement.
