Qualifications

• Two years of full-time apartment maintenance or related trade experience.
• Strong verbal and written English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• EPA refrigeration certification and basic toolset.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and travel ability.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Replace filters and perform HVAC and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Maintain sprinkler systems and safety of property.
• Prepare units for rent (make-ready) and refurbish as required.
• Supervise subcontractors and report safety concerns promptly.
