Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• EPA certification for refrigerant transition and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests made by residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain sprinkler systems and perform HVAC repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as outlined by management.
