Job summary

Greystar seeks a maintenance technician for a Single Family community in Nashville, TN. The role covers diagnosing and repairing resident requests, completing make-ready tasks, and maintaining grounds and common areas to Greystar quality standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting work, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the budget for repairs and capital projects. A valid driver’s license and EPA certifications are required, with hands-on maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools and be proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in resident units and community amenities.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors for special projects.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, common areas, and signage to Greystar quality standards.
• Inspect work performed by team members and contractors to ensure quality and safety.
• Assist with budget development for regular repairs and capital projects.
