Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Midrise community in Nashville. You will perform ground and unit upkeep, handle routine service requests, and assist with make-ready turns while upholding safety standards.

This on-site role requires a valid driver’s license for golf cart use, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and strong customer service to residents. Competitive benefits and bonus opportunities accompany compensation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep areas neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for turnover.
• Complete routine service requests for the property and assist with make-ready.
• Change locks as required and ensure pool area gates operate safely.
• Distribute notices to residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and guests.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA and related safety rules.
