Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 & II or Universal certification required.
• Certifications per state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license may be required to operate on property.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair property systems per policy and code.
• Complete make-ready tasks and inspections for vacant units.
• Track inventory, request materials, and coordinate with maintenance supervisor.
• Document work orders accurately and promptly.
• Perform cleaning, painting, and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Assist in cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
