Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform and oversee technical work ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality across the community. You will address work orders, support make-ready tasks, and coordinate vendors to maintain high Greystar standards.

The role requires EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage tools and basic admin tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property or building maintenance.
• Own hand tools and safe use of hand/power tools.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Property management system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle work orders from residents and perform routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and common areas.
• Inspect work for quality and ensure compliance with policies and safety rules.
• Maintain inventory and assist in budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
