Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 15 years of building construction experience required.
• Proficient in all aspects of building systems and codes.
• Proficient with scheduling software and BIM/Lean to benefit the project.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison with owners/architects/engineers for day-to-day construction activities.
• Lead, supervise and develop Superintendents and staff; provide performance input.
• Develop and implement project setup, site logistics and critical path schedules.
• Manage safety program and subcontractor compliance with Turner standards.
