Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with four years of related experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, scheduling, cost control, and contract documents.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor.
• Manage scheduling, delivery, logistics, and staffing levels.
• Oversee safety program and subcontractor compliance.
• Supervise and develop junior staff and interns.
• Create schedules and recovery strategies to meet project timelines.
• Communicate with owners and architects on field issues.
• Manage billing related to work in progress and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents.
