AEP is seeking a Project Manager Staff in Tulsa, OK to lead and assist in managing base to complex projects within a matrix organization. You will provide leadership, coordination, and clear communication to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects with a focus on safety, cost, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field and 3 years of qualified experience, with PMP preferred for advancement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field with 3 years qualified experience, or
• Two-year Associate’s degree in the same required disciplines with 5 years of qualified experience.
• PMP certification preferred but not required; certification required for advancement to higher level.

• Develop and manage project plan, schedule, budget, and staff.
• Lead planning meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
