Qualifications

• The Project Manager leads signage and wayfinding projects from contract signing to installation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including design, fabrication, permitting and installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project management from contract execution to final installation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage client communications and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, fabrication, permitting, installation.
• Oversee permit applications and ensure compliance.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and technical documents.
• Facilitate kickoff, progress and closeout meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor project budgets, change orders, and invoicing with finance.
• Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.
• Ensure quality control and uphold brand standards throughout the lifecycle.
