Job summary

Pattison ID is seeking an experienced project manager to drive large-scale signage programs across multiple sites in the United States. You will manage accounts, coordinate with installers and internal teams, and ensure on-time delivery and accurate billing.

The role requires 2–4 years of construction-related project management experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD. A hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• AS or BS in business, engineering or a construction-related field, or equivalent work experience in construction-related project management.
• 2-4 years: Proficient in reading blueprints and comfortable with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the project to ensure timely service delivery and asset management.
• Coordinate with installers, customer representatives, and internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain and update web-based project information systems with status details.
• Schedule surveys and coordinate permits in a timely manner.
• Travel as needed with sales personnel or as a technical advisor for ACM systems.
• Coordinate final design, layout, installation and billing of ACM packages.
• Resolve field issues including quality, schedule and billing.
• Develop project plans and track status.
• Provide a single point of contact for customer questions and proactive communication.
