Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction.
• Three to five years progressive infrastructure project experience in heavy civil environments.
• Minimum of five years experience in highways, bridges, roads, paving, earthwork, and grading in either private or public environments.
• Knowledge of union agreements and prevailing wage issues.
• Ability to work in high production environment.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project revenue and costs to meet profitability goals.
• Coordinate with estimators and project controls to establish budget.
• Lead estimating efforts for bid to build processes.
• Develop comprehensive plan for project start up and kick-off.
• Ensure accurate construction reports for continuous performance improvement.
• Maintain safe work environment and comply with safety initiatives.
