Job summary

Granite Construction Company, based in Irving, TX, seeks an experienced project manager to oversee heavy civil construction projects up to $15 million in size. Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three (3) to five (5) years progressive project experience in heavy civil environments.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in paving, dirt, and grading in either private or public environments.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project revenue and costs to meet profitability goals.
• Coordinate with estimators and controls to establish budget.
• Lead estimating efforts for bid-to-build processes.
• Manage resources with project team to meet project schedule.
• Ensure proper job controls: quantities, costs, revenue and schedule.
• Develop relationships with owners, agencies, and subcontractors.
