Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cradle-to-grave oversight of upgraded generator components and related complex projects.

You will manage engineering, manufacturing, delivery, and installation for Generator Major Projects with focus on stators, rotors, and excitation equipment. Responsibilities include interfacing with customers and internal teams, coordinating design reviews, and controlling project financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; 8+ years in customer relationship management and project management or field service.
• PMI or IPMA certification is a plus, but IPMA certification must be completed within 3 years.
• Experience with large, complex high-value projects focusing on generators preferred.
• Ability to obtain unescorted access to nuclear power plants.
• Travel approximately 15% (including international).
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Establish effective communication with partners on project updates, reviews, testing, deliverables, and witness points.
• Maintain and control project financials including change orders and emergent issues.
• Develop plans to deliver quality and risk management for the project.
• Implement Zero-Harm directives for overall project safety.
