You will lead diverse engineering teams, oversee budgets, and drive strategic initiatives to ensure on-time project delivery and technical excellence. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in power engineering, a master’s degree in engineering management or MBA, and proven leadership in generator field and stator work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in the power industry.
• Proven leadership experience with diverse engineering teams.
• Strong fo­cus on risk management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Proposing and managing budgets and score cards for each project.
• Manage the reverse engineering team in the STL shop.
• Coordinate resources on site for multiple projects.
• Plan and execute strategies to ensure on-time project completion.
• Research and develop designs and products for generator systems.
• Support training processes and development of new procedures.
• Support field teams and shop teams as applicable.
• Ensure generator products have engineering management support.
• Oversee review and approval of drawings, materials and equipment.
• Conduct spot checks on critical dimensions for winding operations.
• Review on-site reports before customer delivery.
• Coordinate third-party subcontractors for on-site operations.
• Assist in engineering mentoring program.
