Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading projects in engineering, manufacturing, or capital equipment.
• Strong scheduling, risk, scope, and change management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate technical and commercial information.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Experience with project financials: budgets, margins, billing, forecasting.
• Working knowledge of ERP and Stage-Gate/Lean methods is a plus.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from start to finish with scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Build schedules across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and startup.
• Manage budgets, costs, margins, billing, and forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide timely project updates to customers.
• Identify risks and implement recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation in ERP systems.
• Support continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Participate in project reviews and planning activities.
