Job summary

Voith Hydro is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex electromechanical hydropower projects in the United States. You will own scope, cost, schedule, and quality, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and field service to ensure contract-compliant execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field with at least five years in hydropower and hands-on SAP, ECTR, and Primavera experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required or an Associate’s degree with relevant work history
• Minimum of five years of hydropower or related industry experience
• Experience with SAP, ECTR, and Primavera systems
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and bills of materials
• Strong scheduling and project cost control skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven leadership of interdisciplinary project teams

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects for electromechanical equipment of hydropower plants.
• Ensure project profitability across all phases and functions.
• Coordinate engineering, production, sourcing, transportation, and field service.
• Oversee contract review and ensure compliance with project objectives.
• Develop customer relationships and support Sales to expand business.
• Drive change management and risk/claims related activities.
• Lead the project team interface with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
