Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive risk mitigation in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication skills, experience with MS Project or Primavera, and a track record of delivering complex manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years project management in manufacturing; proven completion record.
• 3+ years creating and maintaining MS Project/Primavera schedules.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams across TEi, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver projects on schedule.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Prepare monthly budget reconciliations for executive management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to protect objectives.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Serve as principal liaison between TEi and customers.
• Oversee change orders to manage scope and revenue.
