Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Project Manager to oversee complex manufacturing projects from inception to completion.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery on time and within budget. The role emphasizes risk mitigation, safety, and quality, with a focus on Feedwater Heaters, Condensers, Fired heaters, OTSG, and Waste Heat Boilers. Strong communication and scheduling skills, plus PMP, are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining schedules in MS Project or Primavera.
• Experience with Feedwater Heaters, Condensers, Fired heaters, OTSG, and Waste Heat Boilers preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Team to successful completion with TEi, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Prepare and present monthly budget reconciliations to executive management.
• Ensure alignment with the baseline schedule.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide regular progress updates to TEi stakeholders and clients.
• Serve as the principal liaison between TEi and the customer.
• Oversee change orders to verify scope changes and revenue implications.
