Job summary

RTX is seeking a results-driven project manager to lead repair capability deployment and product modification programs within our Aftermarket Services. You will manage capital investments, develop business cases, and drive project plans across a matrixed organization.

This onsite role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and timely reporting. Minimum 8 years of experience (or 5 with an advanced degree) and proficiency in SAP/BW, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
Experience working with matrixed and cross functional teams or having prior leadership experience.
Experience utilizing Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of SAP and BW data sources for decision making.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage repair capability deployment projects within Aftermarket Services.
Develop business cases, project plans, capacity forecasting, and risk mitigation.
Forecast capital and expenses; manage schedules and costs for multiple projects.
Coordinate procurement, checkout, delivery, and setup of equipment.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Support and Service Center leadership.
Provide monthly project status, forecasts, and capital expenditure reports.
