Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior ERP Manager to lead complex SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation projects for Aftermarket MRO processes. You will oversee planning, execution, and optimization of MRO systems, driving value across technology and operations.

The role requires extensive ERP delivery experience, strong change management skills, and the ability to align cross-functional teams with strategic objectives. Travel up to ~30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale ERP transformation projects with SAP implementation and integration.
• Experience in MRO systems, including execution, tool optimization, and alignment with industry best practices.
• Experience in project and task management, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and milestones for Aftermarket process development and SAP S/4HANA ERP integration.
• Drive alignment between technology capabilities, operational requirements and business objectives for MRO transformations.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA knowledge to design and implement robust solutions that optimize workflows and MRO operations.
