Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive construction PM experience in affordable housing.
• Experience with LIHTC or other affordable housing financing programs.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance: IBC, zoning, ADA, IECC/energy codes.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam; CPM scheduling and Excel forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery for affordable housing developments from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate financing and lender relations, including draw requests and covenant reporting.
• Manage project schedule using CPM methodologies and create/maintain detailed schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and earned value reporting.
• Oversee procurement, bidding, change orders and contract administration with general contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee entitlements, permits and inspections.
