Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in construction project management within NYC.
• Previous experience with NYCHA, affordable housing, HPD or occupied rehab preferred.
• Strong understanding of NYC building codes and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and community stakeholders.
• Oversee budget management, scheduling, procurement, and change orders.
