Jobot is seeking a high-impact Project Logistics Manager to own complex project logistics across heavy haul, barge, rail, and crane operations. You will manage RFQs, costing, routing, vendor negotiation, and post-project analysis with end-to-end ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of transportation administration and operations experience.
• Direct experience in heavy haul, barge, rail or crane & rigging.
• TWIC credential or ability to obtain.
• Strong project logistics costing, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent relationship-building with logistics partners.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% per year.

Responsabilités

• Initiate P&L accounting summary per shipment or project.
• Prepare and review supplier POs.
• Visit sites and ports as needed for project prep.
• Lead and monitor supplier management & performance, including score carding.
• Develop relationships with partners: Ocean Carriers, Crane & Rigging, Heavy Haul, Barge Operators, Rail Providers.
• Take responsibility for project logistics costing, budgeting, scheduling, planning, and risk management.
• Lead and support the development of RFPs or RFQs and negotiate with TLGA supply base.
• Generate cargo track & trace reports.
