Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our manufacturing team in the United States. This role leads end-to-end projects in a highly engineered environment, applying Lean and Six Sigma to improve efficiency and meet budget and schedule targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within manufacturing, strong leadership, and strategic planning. PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in manufacturing.
• Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven leadership and team-motivation.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing project plans.
• Develop strategies, including risk management and quality plans.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Drive product development to meet requirements.
• Provide leadership to project teams.
• Monitor progress and manage changes.
• Report status and risks to stakeholders.
• Improve project management tools and processes.
