Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering, and Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Proficient in the use of project management software.
• Certification in Project Management or Six Sigma would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing various manufacturing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting the predetermined quality standards.
• Implementing and driving process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase overall efficiency.
• Utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and defects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Providing technical support and guidance to the manufacturing team, ensuring all processes and equipment are operating at optimum levels.
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Conducting regular project reviews and updates to stakeholders, including management, team members, and other relevant parties.
• Ensuring all manufacturing activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
