Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a technically skilled project leader to guide a team through capital projects from concept to startup. You will support the Project Manager in managing performance, cost, schedule, and client satisfaction, operating with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience managing capital projects in chemical, petrochemical, or refining environments, and hold a BS/MS in engineering with PE or PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited university is required.
• Professional Engineering and/or PMP registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs project, engineering, and construction management.
• Develops, implements, monitors, and controls assigned capital projects from conceptual engineering through startup.
• Performs or leads all engineering, procurement, and construction tasks on assigned projects.
• Performs any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Has at least 5 years of experience managing capital projects at a chemical, petrochemical, or petroleum refining plant.
