Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc seeks a senior engineering project leader to guide technical direction and support the Project Manager in cost, schedule, and client satisfaction for a heavy industrial project. You will coordinate with the client, PM team, and discipline leads to ensure deliverables meet scope and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering is required.
• PMP and/or Professional Engineering registration is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership of a project and support the Project Manager in cost and schedule performance.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues and with the PM team on execution issues.
• Manage budgets, schedules, changes in scope, and resource forecasting for engineering efforts.
• Produce weekly/monthly engineering status reports and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Lead multi-discipline coordination and maintain overall quality of engineering work.
