Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Aerospace or related field; 7–10 years related experience.
• Professional Engineer and/or Master's degree preferred.
• 7–10 years project/program management experience.
• Experience in aviation design, analysis and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for commercial or military projects in Engineering.
• Track projects from concept to final certification and provide status updates.
• Develop technical quotes to support ESRs and project requirements.
• Coordinate staffing with Engineering Manager, Certification Manager and ODA.
• Support fabrication and certification activities; oversee testing.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure schedule adherence.
