• Experience leading programs with system engineering tools and best practices.
• Decomposing customer/marketing requirements into multidisciplinary engineering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define, memorialize, and manage system and subsystem interfaces and requirements.
• Lead SRR/Feasibility reviews to ensure alignment between customer aircraft and internal subsystems.
• Develop technical quotes to support ESRs and project requirements.
• Support project execution to meet budgets and schedules while maintaining documented requirements.
