Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer to own electrical architecture and technical direction for an autonomous aircraft program. You will collaborate with mechanical, software, firmware, and program leadership to ensure a cohesive system from concept to production, while mentoring engineers and setting design standards.

You will guide the electrical foundation, lead cross-functional reviews, and manage risk, with travel as needed to support rapid field iterations and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 8+ years designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex board designs.
• Proven leadership of electrical design from concept to production.
• Experience with analog/digital electronics and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own the electrical architecture and technical roadmap for major subsystem or full vehicle platform.
• Lead full cycle PCB design across multiple boards/subsystems.
• Serve as technical lead for cross-discipline troubleshooting.
