Job summary

United Rotorcraft, based in Englewood, Colorado, seeks a Systems Engineer 3 to define and manage system-level requirements, interfaces, and safety documentation for complex aircraft modification programs. You will collaborate across engineering teams to ensure requirements are captured, allocated, and carried through the full program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• 7–10 years of related industry experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading requirements-based programs in aviation.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage, and lead system requirements and risk management across airframe, subsystem, and components.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure requirement capture and allocation.
• Develop technical quotes to support ESR and project requirements.
• Lead System Requirements Reviews (SRR) and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with 14 CFR and external customer requirements.
