Job summary

OUTSOURCE Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Project Controls/Principal Estimator in Aiken, SC to coordinate cost and schedule control across complex projects. You will develop baselines, lead analyses and provide financial planning for management review.

Requires extensive experience in project controls and a strong background in cost and schedule management, with the ability to mentor a team and sustain compliance with CAS/FAR and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in cost estimating and scheduling.
• Minimum ten years in engineering, construction, estimating or project controls.
• Five years in the subject matter area with strong PC skills.
• Expert use of automated accounting, cost management, scheduling and estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost baselines, schedules, work breakdown structures and spend plans.
• Lead complex, multi-project analyses and integrated area project analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts and spend plans.
• Provide leadership and training to project controls personnel.
• Maintain DOE 'Q' clearance and align with CAS/FAR principles.
