Globalpundits, Inc. is seeking a senior Project Controls and Financial Analysis professional to develop baselines, analyze cost and schedule performance, and guide multi-project decisions. You will partner with estimators, schedulers, and management to ensure fiscally sound execution of complex engineering and construction scopes.

The role emphasizes advanced financial analysis, variance management, and the application of CAS/FAR principles across projects and PBIs.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of project controls, cost management, and scheduling.
• Experience with budgeting, baselines, WBS, and spend-out planning.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide input on specifications for engineered equipment and subcontracts.
• Advise estimators on labor and other resources needed to perform the scope.
• Advise schedulers on activity sequence, durations, and logic.
• Advise management on risk-informed schedules and PBIs.
• Develop cost/schedule baselines, WBS, and spend-out plans.
