Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to join Engineering Services in Ground System & Test Capabilities Development. You will own the full spectrum of planning, scheduling, and daily activity alignment across our group, leading Integrated Master Schedules and coordinating resources with internal teams and external partners.

You will work with Stakeholders across test sites, Facilities, Inventory, and Construction to forecast outcomes, track progress, and provide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of program scheduling/planning and controls experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong scheduling concepts, critical path, and risk analysis.
• ERP/MRP systems experience.
• Excellent PM and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for Ground System and Test Capabilities projects.
• Coordinate resource loading across programs and with external suppliers.
• Perform schedule risk analyses and identify schedule risks and opportunities.
• Lead schedule recovery efforts and conduct what-if analyses for management.
• Develop earned value metrics and forecast trends.
• Collaborate with Operations to align staffing and labor requirements.
• Produce status reports for executive management and maintain visual metrics.
• Support change management and monitor ongoing operations.
