Luster National is seeking Project Controls Managers to support large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs in the United States. This role spans highways, bridges, transit, airports, and water/wastewater projects using traditional and alternative delivery methods.

The position requires defending cost and schedule data in front of contractors and leadership, mentoring controls staff, and coordinating across multiple interfaces.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Finance/Business or equivalent.
• 10+ years of project controls experience on large heavy civil projects.
• Experience integrating cost and schedule data with baseline management and change control.
• Experience applying EV methods and critical path schedule analysis.
• Experience leading project controls staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee integrated controls system and ensure data reconciliation.
• Validate contractor cost/schedule submittals against contracts.
• Analyze EV, cost and schedule performance indices and trends.
• Evaluate change proposals and time impact analyses for merit.
• Forecast cash flow, contingencies, and reserves.
• Coordinate risk register with baselines and forecasts.
• Lead monthly controls cycle and present to leadership.
• Coordinate controls across adjacent contracts and interfaces.
• Manage work across roadway, bridges, rail, aviation, and water packages.
• Ensure MIS data quality and traceability for reporting/audit.
