Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in architecture, focused on multifamily and mixed-use.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating consultants.
• Strong working knowledge of building codes and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily and mixed-use projects through all phases, including Schematic Design to Construction Administration.
• Translate design concepts into technically sound, buildable solutions while maintaining design intent.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants on assigned projects.
• Guide project teams through design decisions, technical challenges, and schedule milestones.
• Oversee BIM workflows and ensure complete, coordinated drawings and specs.
• Mentor Staff Designers and junior team members.
• Lead construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits.
