Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5–7 years of professional architectural experience, preferably with multifamily/mixed-use projects.
• Experience coordinating construction documents across project phases.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility, and coordination.
• Experience with podium-style buildings is a plus.
• Proficiency in Revit and documentation throughout design and construction phases.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Enscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multifamily and mixed-use projects from concept through construction administration.
• Produce, coordinate, and review drawings, details, specs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and consultants to ensure coordination.
• Support project milestones, quality control, and design intent throughout the project.
• Communicate project status and risks clearly to leadership and clients.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
