Job summary

Torti Gallas + Partners in Tampa, FL seeks a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and construction-phase execution of multifamily and mixed-use developments. The role requires serving as day-to-day project leader, coordinating internal teams, consultants, clients, schedules, deliverables, and requirements from early design through construction administration.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience in similar projects; architectural licensure preferred but not required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience on multifamily/mixed-use projects.
• Experience leading project teams, coordinating consultants, and managing schedules.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, and construction administration.
• Willingness to travel for project meetings (OAC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of multifamily and mixed-use projects through all phases.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, and internal teams; track milestones.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and scope.
• Guide design and technical coordination across disciplines (RCD, MEP, structure).
• Lead project meetings and prepare clear action items and follow-ups.
• Ensure quality and adherence to firm standards in all deliverables.
