This early-career role emphasizes design development, technical proficiency, and growth within a principle-based design culture, with BIM workflows and construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in architecture, urban design, or related practice.
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bluebeam.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior designers and project managers in planning and design of multifamily and mixed-use projects.
  • Produce drawings and models and maintain BIM workflows.
  • Coordinate with consultants and communicate priorities with project leadership.
  • Develop technical, design, and organizational skills through project experience.
