Job summary

5 Points Electrical in Norcross, GA seeks a highly organized Project Administrator Lead to support the project management team across construction and service departments. You will oversee job setup, compliance, documentation and vendor coordination to keep projects ready and operations efficient.

The role requires coordinating with senior management, handling COIs, permits, insurance, and onboarding tasks, and leading the project administration team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction admin or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure project execution.
• Create and maintain project channels and profiles in systems including Teams, QBO, Kojo, BusyBusy, One Key, Levelset.
• Distribute official project Welcome Letters to stakeholders.
• Handle job start forms and COI requests for onboarding of subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage credit and pre-qualification applications; keep badging and vehicle insurance current.
• Coordinate airport badging and vehicle permitting for project personnel as required.
• Prepare and send payment applications and maintain a centralized Pay App Tracker.
• Request lien waivers and assist in WIP reports as needed.
• Set up job folders and related documentation; oversee project administration team.
• Coordinate cross-departmental communication and oversee multiple projects.
