Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise entire projects including Superintendents, Foremen, and Subcontractors.
• Conduct meetings with superintendents and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure work follows 5 Points and government standards, safely and professionally.
• Communicate with project manager on status and progress.
• Manage materials logistics to keep production on time and organized.
• Provide tools and support to superintendents for project execution.
• Inspect quality and enforce Safety Handbook and Employee Handbook.
• Drive growth and profitability through effective project execution.
• Monitor schedule, adjust priorities, and coordinate with GC and trades.
