Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction administration or project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiar with permit processes, COI requests, and contractor documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction tech tools (QBO, Kojo, Levelset, BusyBusy).
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, able to work independently.
• Advanced Excel skills for trackers.
• Knowledge of the electrical field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee job setup, compliance, and project documentation.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, COIs, and insurance for onboarding.
• Manage credit and pre-qualification applications.
• Maintain badging, fingerprinting, and vehicle insurance for project personnel.
• Coordinate airport badging and vehicle permitting as required.
• Coordinate permits and inspections; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Submit lien waivers and payment applications as needed.
• Prepare and maintain WIP reports and Pay App Tracker.
• Set up and organize job folders and documentation.
• Lead and develop the project administration team; cross-department coordination.
• Report progress to senior management.
