Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking a Production Coordinator in Georgia to provide high-level administrative support for Project Superintendents and the on-site team. You will help with documentation control and phase-by-phase tracking to ensure smooth project execution.

The role emphasizes MS Office proficiency, attention to detail, and confidentiality. A BS in Building Construction is preferred, and electrical experience is a plus. On-site work with potential overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Building Construction or similar preferred.
• Electrical experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and analyses labor productivity.
• Coordinates material deliveries to the job site and staging those materials.
• Maintains and tracks onsite material inventory.
• Support for timekeeping and attendance.
• Attends job site meetings with the Superintendent.
• Assists Project Manager and Superintendent during planning/construction estimate phase.
• Provides administrative tracking for schedules, meeting notes, safety inspections and daily logs.
