Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for our Atlanta operation to lead electrical construction projects from award through closeout, coordinating schedules, budgets, and client relationships on complex commercial, healthcare, industrial, and data center programs.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and cost-control skills, with responsibilities spanning drawings review, RFIs, change orders, and field coordination to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of electrical project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience managing commercial, healthcare, industrial, data center, or telecommunications projects
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and project controls
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical construction projects from award through closeout

With a strong backlog of commercial, healthcare, industrial, mission critical, telecommunications, and infrastructure projects, this is an opportunity to join a well-established business known for delivering technically challenging electrical construction projects across the Southeast.

About the Role

The Electrical Project Manager will manage electrical construction projects from award through closeout, overseeing project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls while leading client, vendor, and subcontractor relationships.
